Scan a container image or directory for vulnerabilities:

# container image
grype alpine:latest
directory
grype ./my-project

Scan an SBOM for even faster vulnerability detection:

# scan a Syft SBOM
grype sbom:./sbom.json
pipe an SBOM into Grype
cat ./sbom.json | grype
